Andrew Goldman, Managing Director
Andrew Goldman, a Managing Director of Cormony Development, is the Project Manager of the $175 Million Dollar Hercules Development Project, an adaptive reuse project in Canton, Ohio that will add 600,000 square feet of Residential, Office, Retail, Restaurant and Exhibition Space to the City of Canton.
Previously as a Managing Director of Cormony, Mr. Goldman served as the Project Manager for the Natty Boh and Loudoun Square Storage projects. As such, Mr. Goldman has been responsible for overseeing every aspect of the development process ranging from the extremely complicated deal structure negotiation and complex historic tax credit issues of Natty Boh to the 22 month zoning exception process, the design process, and the negotiation and the commitment of financing for Loudoun Square
Prior to joining Cormony Development, Mr. Goldman served as the Project Manager for the 74,600 square foot Security Public Storage project on 2.8 acres in the City of Frederick, Maryland. In this role Mr. Goldman oversaw the all aspects of the development. The project is operating at 93% occupancy.
Mr. Goldman has also served on the Board of Directors of business and civic entities within the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
